Same day dude make sure your not in the sun, and Zymol makes good polishes and waxes. I use the Tech wax as per the review a few months back in this forum

Re: Re: waxing and polishing! help

1. Wash/dry
2. Clay bar
3. Compound(only if needed)
4. Polish
5. Glaze(extra step - worht it IMO - deepens color)
6. Sealant(takes place of wax, protects & last much longer)
7. Wax can always be added over sealant to add depth.

Polish brings out the shine by removing a micro layer of paint.
Glaze fills in any micro scratches left from polishing.
Wax is old school & protects the polished finish. Even the best waxes only last for a few weeks, this is why paint sealer is ten times better. It not only lasts up to 6 months it also pretects much better. Any product that claims it will protect your paint for years it's a bunch of BS!

Re: Re: waxing and polishing! help

3M & Meguiars have good glaze, polish, wax
Meguiars Show Car glaze works well for over the counter products. We use this sealant when detailing cars - http://www.topoftheline.com/tolae/16ozmaxpains.html
