No Compression

Hi, my water pump went out on my blazer and we ended up doing a full head job on it.
Now that all of that is done and and back together, I have no copression at all!

Can any body tell me where to look next?
I pulled the heads, had em resurfaced( they were fine), all new gaskets, new water pump, new thermostat, new plugs, new wires, but no compression anywhere! What do I do next? Is just dropping a new moter in it the answer? Please help!!!
Oh and yes I know I can thank GM & DEXCOOL for this nightmare!!!!!!

Re: No Compression

ok I screwed with it for a while and I swear I heard a ring pop loose! I have 125psi in only one cylinder, but I had to start some where!
I just wish it would start up, all I get is it tring to turn over.
man I hate this thing ! I am so frustrated! I am seriously considering just dropping a new moter in it!
