Black Gold paint!

Oh man, this is the stuff. Forget Tamiya! Black Gold uses the House of Kolor paint ...come in pearls, metallics, anything! I just did my Aristo in Colbalt Blue Pearl...holy crap. I cant geta hold of a digital camera, but when I do ill take pics! The only downside is that the paint is 9.00 a can usd.

Re: Black Gold paint!

The other downside is that I can't get it in the UK, and I really want some for the 32 Street Rod I'm doing...

Airbrushed, the Kosmik Klear only comes in Quarts.
I must caution you that this is Urethane and wearing a very good quality repsirator is a must as it can be very hazardous to your health

Whatever! It was a serious warning and you made a joke out of it and that pisses me off! There are many young and impressionable builders here that could be seriously affected and in fact die because of some smart ass comment like that.
Grow up and think before you post something like that.

I agree. Even though it may mess with you, and feel cool, it's not in the long run!

So, beginning builders, WEAR A PAINT MASK!! just so you know...

Alls good. I take safety seriously as you can see.
These paints are really great and lay on really well. But they are real Automotive Paints and one ahould use extreme caution.
Look for a How To in the future.
Peace
