Zakspeed Capri Question before I order.

I did a search earlier and can't find any picks of the kit. Can anyone tell me whether it is worth order from HLJ plus I want to order the Studio 27 kit as well if its a good kit. Thanks for your help.

I was going to order it from HLJ. The Zakspeed Capri cost was $16.50 USD and the studio 27 PE cost was $11.00 USD plus shipping cost. What do you think?

Re: Zakspeed Capri Question before I order.

Except for the decals this is one of Tamiyas early releases. HLJ says on their site; "Note that while this is a high-quality kit, and has had the tooling reconditioned, the basic design is from the 1980s and does not include as many detail parts as new Tamiya offerings. No engine detail."
I'm pretty darn temted on one of these myself since it's a good looking car with smashing paint scheme.

Besides, if you want engine (and a whole lot more) detail you can rob it from the mechanically identical Monogram IMSA Motorsports Mustang/IMSA Miller Mustang kit.
