body lift instalation

is a body lift installation something that me and a few friends can do in a day or is it worth the money to have it installed the only place around me that will do it quoted me 200 dolars to install it is it worth it?

Have you or your friends ever installed one ? Personally I'd pay the $200 & play it safe here it is your life on the line here, oh I almost foprgot & your trucks.

I don't know about your friends, but alot of mine are a bunch of pot heads I wouldn't trust them for sh%$
