Front Turn Signal

How is it changed I had it go out on me lastnight and I never had a chance to try and change it I had a quick look and I'm lost
anyone know how its done?
its a 91 and its the drivers side there doesnt seem to be any room to get at the bulb so im wondering what has to come out?

Have to pull the front fender, not remove it, just pull it and unplug it with your hand.
