98 caravan a/c & rear wiperproblems

My a/c won't shut off and none of the rear wiper buttons work
rear wiper comes on when i start the car and runs for a couple minutes
also a/c light comes on then goes out
can anyone help?

I have the same problem.
1. No lights on my dashboard, radio, aircondition controls.
2. reawipers not working.
3. no taillights or license plate lights.
4. no front warning lights.
this lights should come on when you switch on the light knob on the first setting ( before the headlight on setting) but the dashboard lights nor the tail lights or the frontside kigths turn on. But I have signal lights, headlights, hazard lights working properly. . Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
