2005 legacy sti !!!!!

are the rumors about a legacy sti really true? i heard that it may be coming out in 05-06 with a twin turbo flat-6 pushing out 350-400hp.....all for an asking price of around 35-40k!!!! having an all wheel drive m3 competitor for 10-15k cheaper sounds like quite a deal to me

Re: 2005 legacy sti !!!!!

The Forester STI isn't a rumour, it exists in other countries.
The Legacy STI is in the same boat.

Sadly, STi will only be building 400 examples of the S401, of which precisely zero will be coming to the U.S

i have actually heard about this 290hp legacy sti.....the thing i was asking about was a new sti model with about 350-400hp that may come out in the next year or two. the s401 won't come to the U.S., but couldn't a more powerful sti model based off this one come out in the near future?
