Re: 17s on a crx?

Yes 17's will fit. They fit because of plus sizing, increasing rim while decresing tire side wall. Compare the plus sized 17" to your Stock, it will be about the same height. Just beware the ride will change for the worse due to the thin tires.

yeah 17 can go on a crx, no mods needed. the tire size should be 205/40/17. the same as civics. beware of potholes though. if you live in a place with lots of potholes, you will be changin tires, or fixing rims a lot. Tires this thin usually get bubbles on the side after hittin potholes and they could pop any minute after that, hope this helps.remember this is just a warning.

I have 17's on my crx and they keyword: look- very cool. but if you're ever planning on taking you're car down to the track OR if you street race -they will probably be more of a hidderence than a help. I know mine are to heavy and big plus the low pro tires are just annoying because you must be more careful with them. I'm getting a pair of 15's and selling my 17's. 15s or 16s look plenty big on a crx. So my humble advice is:

Show: they're good

Preformance: ah..no
