fuel pump code?

96 jimmy 4.3 w engine

Will a fuel pump with reduced flow/pressure set a p-code? I am having trouble diagnosing a loss of power when depressing the throttle--

I'm experiencing the same problem and am pretty perplexed. At first it just hesitated intermittently. Now I can barely get the truck moving. The only code I show is 13 which points to a faulty circuit on the O2 sensor. I've checked the wiring on the O2 sensor, replaced it, and still get the same error. I'm checking all the grounds on the wiring now. I think this may be unrelated to my fuel problem anyway.

I called the parts place. They said if the pump was out the truck just wouldnt get gas. They suggest I change the fuel pump relay. I have a 90 s15 jimmy.
