climate control wont work

i have a 93 t-bird, v6. The battery in my bronco died (85 351), so i cranked the t-bird, took the good battery out and put in the bronco's battery. I drove it around to charge it up. Then when i got to the store, i accidently turned it off, so i started it back up again and it cranked fine. (i drove on home, got battery back, etc) This was yesterday, today i got in and the climate control wont work. It either shows 86, or what looks like an "L" on the display, and when you turn on heat or air, nothing happens. It worked fine yesterday. And when I was driving with the bronco battery, i wasnt running air, so I dont know if the battery from the bronco is the culprit or not. I checked the blower fuse, it was fine. All the high voltage fuses are fine (the ones in the box beside battery). What happened? lol thx!!

Try unhooking the battery for about 5 minutes and let the climate control reset itself. A dead/weak battery may simply have confused the microprocessor which controls the CC system. Otherwise, you may need to consult a service manual to find out what the trouble may be. Just a suggestion I hope works for you.

I don't know, my mom really loves my bird. Even though I only let her drive it once or twice. However she really digs the V8's. The first car she ever bought brand-new was a Firebird.
