95 Talon ESi problems - NEED HELP!!

Hey All. I got a couple questions with my newly aquired 1995 Talon ESi 5 speed.

1) My tranny is leaking quite a bit of transmission fluid. My friend who is a mechanic said to check the reversal switch located on the top part of the tranny. (Thats where it was wet alot). I took it off, added a new O-Ring and locktighted it all, and nothing is really leaking from there now. However, there is still puddles beneath my car, and the under-tranny is still wet. I haven't had a chance to pick the car up yet to check the fluid level bolt or anything. Does anyone have a guess on what the problem can be?

2) When shifting to 4th, the stick usually starts vibrating. Not alot, but more than it should. Also, when braking quickly, the steering wheel vibrates excessively. Could this be caused by off-balanced wheels? or non-aligned wheels? Any suggestions?

3) Nothing big here, but when I accelerate in 1st and/or 2nd, there is a rattling sound coming from the engine. The heat shield to the exhaust manifold is cracked where the bolts are to hold it on. Could it just be rattling from that? It is quite loud.

Thanks a whole lot!!!
