Smile Corvette C5-R

Here are some pics of my latest finished project!!

Another Le Mans car, this time the Corvette C5-R from the year 2000 race. It is the same kit as snowboarder 927 did, a Revell kit. The kit went together fairly well, was quite impressed with the quality of the body and decals. Although, I had to make a few slight changes (can`t leave anything standard!!). The body had a scoop on the roof which the real car didn`t, so that had to come off. Also I opened up a hole at the front of the body and put in some night driving lights. Apart from adding seat belts and radio aerials, the rest is standard.

Now on with the Viper!!!!!!!

Steve

Jay,

In answer to your question, NO. The heep across the road will not be in the gallery pics. Mandi took these pics today while I was out at work (dark when I go out, dark when I get home!). She's going to try to take some more tomorrow from a better angle (weather permitting, cos it's pretty sh**y over here at the moment, I'm sure Dan will be pleased to hear).

Steve

LOL!! Where is he vacationing again? The surface of the sun?

Just send the pics over when you get them. I'm sure they'll be great!

They're added extra's, leftover from an old rally car kit that didn't use them.
