oil service light 1987 BMW 325i
my "oil service" light is on, i understand that there is a tool to turn this off, does anyone have an idea how much it is to buy or how much it is to have it done? what are your experience with this.

switch ignition on-connect led test lamp to terminal 7 on diagnostic connector located in engine bay and to earh-after 3seconds 5 greenleds illuminate on dash,switch ign off.
