We cant find any way to check how its suposed to be set because - i heard its suposed to be set at .5 but thats the least of my problems right now but needs to be done - cause it does play a role in my buddies camaro ... so if ya know how to check the adjustments an such on the (TPS) Throttle Position Sensor then post something up everything helps us ... thank you

use a volt meter and probe the center wire of the connector with the ignition on. it should be around .5v at idle, and around 4.5-5v at wide open. loosen the screws on the tps sensor to move it around to get your desired reading, or you can vary carefully bend the tap with a pair of pliars, but not recomended.

I had a TPI L98 Vette and I messed around with all the setting from the stock set 4.4 to 5.1 and the best setting for me turned out to be 4.8 because if I went any higher during wide open throttle responses it would flood the engine and set a code but that was just on my car so higher may work fine on someone else's

yeah then i dont need to use a jumper wire with it to check the voltage - thats great i should have everything - so just make sure its set for both of those settings when its closed for idle an then the other when its wide open?

ya, just set it so you have 1/2-1volt at closed throttle. the tuned ports arent that touchy. you cant really controll what your wot voltage will be, but it should be somewhere between 4.5-5volts

oh ya, what they are talking about with the jumper wires is, they want you to completely un-plug the the connector on the tps, and the use jumpers bewteen the connector and the sensor so that you can fit your test probe in there. but i've found that i can fit the probe into the back of the connector so i dont have to unplug anything

Yeah thats what i was tryin to unplug shit cause if its unecessary why do it right... but ya i'll hooked the meter up an set it to .5 an see what happens with it.... thanks man - HAHA an he thats a great photo - how much did those stickers give u ? lol sounds like these ricers around here - all sticker charged cars - i mean i own a twin turbo stealth that dumps 320 hp an 317 lb torque to awd so its not like i got a pussy car there -i have smoke alota shit with it an it handles superb in the turns all wheel steering is a beautiful thing but not if u have to fix it :\

i havnt done anything to it - so its stock an everything is so expensive a clutch is 450-500 thats the stock not even a modded one ... so i am happy with its kick its got fast enough so i just let it stay at what it is for now...
