Cost effective upgrades

Hey everyone

I own a 94' SSS that is standard and is just on 100,000km. After owning the car for half a year now, im starting to look into ways to make it perform better and breathe easier. The question is, what are the most economical ways to extract performance from the car? By economical i mean kilowatt increase to the dollar. My budget isnt huge, so cost effectivenesss is important. Any suggestions or sharing of experience would be great. Thanks

Go for a CAT back exhaust system with extractors, does an unbelievable amount to the car.
