Problem with adding parts to cars
I have searched for this and have not had much luck. Just say i have added a bodykit to a car( or somthing else major that would be a pain to paint by hand) and it is slightly different light intencity (i dont know the proper term) to the rest of the car. when you change colour, even after desaturate, it does not match. Any tips?

Re: Problem with adding parts to cars
yeh, if you wanna match the bodykits and stuff, then desaturate the car and the bodykit. Then play around with the levels of either the car or the bodykit so that both of them seem alike. Then just change the color to whatever you want, and they should look relatively similar.

Like said above, you desaturate both the car and the kit, then you play around with the brightness of them till they match.
