Anyone read automotive books?

Anyone into automotive books? I've read 'Honda/Acura performance' which is a must buy if you wanna learn about Honda's and engines in general, and I've read "Going Faster" by Carl Lopez. If you have any intention to improve your driving skills I highly reccomend read that book, it's a wealth of knowledge. Anyone got any good car books?

EDIT: I've read alot more, but these are the 2 I liked most.

Re: Anyone read automotive books?

Yes, but they tend to look more at the historical side, than that of the modification/engineering side.

A couple of good ones are "Maximum Boost" by Corky Bell, and "Advanced Engine Technology" by Heinz Heisler.

Re: Anyone read automotive books?

if you really want down and dirty with the physics of a car engine (while an expensive book its worth it)
try "Engineering Fundamentals of the Internal Combustion Engine" the books just came out this year and is up todate on almost everything including hybreds

I read a lot of books that detail new painting techniques and general body shop techniques.
