Air Intake Kits For 2001 Grand Prix Gt 3.8l

Hi Guys,
I'm A New Member And I Would Apreciate Your Help With Some Info. I Have A 2001 Grand Prix Gt 3.8l And I'm Looking For An Air Intake Kit. I Searched On The K&n Website But They Don't Make A Kit Made For My Car. I Wanted To Kow If There Are Other Substitutes Available For My Car Or Is K&n The Only Company That Makes Them?

Thanx For Your Help!

Re: Air Intake Kits For 2001 Grand Prix Gt 3.8l

there are lots of options for your vehicle, from open cone systems to factory look alike intakes to cold air intake systems for grand prix. i like ripin12s post about vendors, this sums up about all the sites you'll need to find anything for a grand prix:

http://tacgp.clubgp.com/vendors.html

mostly you'll probably want to check out 3800performance.com zzperformance.com and pfyc.com those sites i think carry some of the better intakes.

I like my Thrasher. If you can afford the WizAir, go for it.......but for the money I like this.

It's a matter of preference. Some people like the see-through roof of the Thrasher and Wizair. Others like the factory look of the SLP, which it what I have.

I like the Thrasher, have it on two GTPs. Cold air boxes should give you 5 to 15 HP more, depending who you talk to.. If you had a GTP, then we could get into pulleys! Have fun and enjoy the car.
