i have a 1999 Ford ZX2 with a factory 6 disc cd changer. i have heard both yes and no for my question. i was wondering if i can put in a new head unit and not make the cd changer useless. please reply before this saturday because i'll be out of the state for the rest of the summer.

Re: new head unit
yes, you can, you change the cd player, but you need a FM modulator to get the CD cahnger to work with the new head unit, it wont just plug and play like aftermarket changers and units do.
