smoke coming out off the breather valve?

I have a 97 Honda prelude that have a smoke coming out off the breather. It has a F-MAx turbo kit on a H22A4. The smoke happen after it was boost like 15 psi.

What can the reason be. any help would be helpful.

When the engine is warm up, I turn off the engine, and have the spark plug taken out. Smoke was puffing out of the 2nd clyinder facing toward the distributer. The other clyinders are fine. When you take the pcv valve off, the smoke come out off from there and the smoke coming of the breather is reduce. But when I plug the pcv back in, all the smoke all coming off from the breather. Oil will spit out of the breather under boost or driving but no smoke. Just idle, smoke does come out of the breather.

I have taken the head to a machinist and have them change out the valve seals. When the head was put back on. It stop for 5 minutes. My friend step on the pedal for a trial run, and the smoke problem came back.

The noise coming from the exhaust at idle is uneven. Like an uneven stroke or lost of compresion. My friend did a compression test and said the compression is 180 psi constant throughout the clyinders. Just that smoke will come out of clyinder 2 and 3. Like they are the worst of the all the clyinders.

just wanna ask what can it be. The head or piston rings?
