V12 or V6, vote

Before I ever bought my S14, I had my SHO and my brother had bought an 89-90 BMW 750il, and I tell you, the look of that V12 does something to a man, just pressing the gas is like nitrous through your veins, acceleration so smooth, power always there, never even feel it at 140mph. I had always wanted to see how much power I could get out of it in N/A form, but my brother would'nt let me near his engine. Being that finance has always been elusive to me even now, I went with what I had, which was two SHO engines and the ECU and wiring from my 1990 Taurus SHO.
I always knew I wanted a V12 car, except I hate the the price, of all the cars that come with this option. I agreed to put it at the back of my mind to a later date when I had the cash to spend, till I visited my brother and he let me do a tune up on his Baby, then I saw this pic, and now logic and reality is almost being thrown out of the window. But I'll remain strong and finish my project.
Here is the 18 cylinder question, which would you rather have, a SHO powered V6 S14 (sick), or a BMW powered V12 S14 (wicked)????????
Both engines are fine, I would give up my left nut for that V12 though.

Re: Which would you prefer???

That V12 Would Take Major Modifications To Fit..... I Know Because I Was Looking At The Bmw I6 And Even It Would Barely Fit In The 240 Engine Bay. It Really Wide And A Bit Longer Than The Rb's.

Re: Which would you prefer???

By the measurments I took, it would fit, there would be no room for turbos, the clutch fans' got to go, some stuff will have to go in the trunk, eg battery, the charcoal canister, will definately loose AC, unless you willing to sacrifice powerloss by using a smaller radiator and condesor, all for comfort.
Overall, it would fit, the problem was the tranny tunnel, much too narrow to fit the 7 series tranny, I hate autos, so will have to go with a small manual. Anyway, you could put a viper V10 into a pinto if you have the money, I just asked which would you rather have.
I did forget to add that I plan for a TT on the SHO, but the V12 will have to be N/A as this will be impossible cuz there will be no more room left for Turbos.

Re: Which would you prefer???

this will have to be my next project, the V12 into a S14 or a III gen Rx7. I've got to have a ride than can clock 200mph, wish me luck and hope I get some sponsors. Damn that will be a sweet ride.

Re: Which would you prefer???

I have to hand it to this board, you guys come up with the craziest ideas for engine swaps that I have ever heard of in the 240 world. If you can make a "750sx", then I salute you. Good luck!

Re: Which would you prefer???

well don't salute just yet, I still need to finish the SHO swap. Half way there though, will have some pics of the wiring up soon, got to pick the disc up. Now I hope the guy fixing the dent doesn't take too long, if the car gods are on my side, I might just finish in time to attend NOPI. Need the dent fixed, and engine bay repainted, then I will install the last bit of the harness, and mount the block.

Re: Which would you prefer???

Yup, but with some major modification to the intake and some expensive head work, but they are the same engine.

Re: Which would you prefer???

No, I was on I-75 in ATL and could only get to 140mph then had to slow down, it said 180mph on the dash, but I know BMW limits all it's vehicles to 155mph. Can't be trying to reach 180mph on city streets, are you crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
