Buying an ls6 chevelle

I know I ask a lot of newbie questions . but I'm still learning about cars so please excuse my ignorance. How much would u guys think a 1970 chevelle ss ls-6 in this condition cost? http://buickperformance.com/689guide.htm . thanks for your help guys - Andrew

Sorry to break it to you, but that is not a chevelle... its a buick. Looking at all the rust damage, I would say the car would be worth... $500? I seriously hope that guy is joking when he says he thinks he will sell the car for 7k-9k...

Edit: Ok, I was wrong, the guy assumed the car, fully restored would be 7k-9k..

I know thats a not a chevelle I just posted the link to give an example of the condition I was talking about.. Both cars are GM A body's and would probrably have rust in the same spots.
