Unhappy What a Day

Well today was going to be the day to build my R32 and get it almost finished. Had the whole house to myself...no wife/kids to annoy me .

So i started the final polish on the body....... already to start the build.

BUT..... I looked over in my model wall unit and thought to myself, "i might just polish this one to remove abit of dust seen i've got all my polishing stuff out"

What a bad mistake. I looked at them all and thought i'd might as well polish them all!!!

So, 65 models and 9 hours later i have them all looking like new again

Along with the polishing i have lost count of how many mirrors/wipers/door handels/aerials/boot spoilers etc etc i have had to glue back on after having to remove them to polish correctly

Now you all know what a pain it can be glueing those things on a model......well try doing it for the whole day to at least half of them

Well.....looks like the R32 will have to wait till tommorow now

:hehe::hehehe: That's too funny. Think about this in the grand scheme of things. You spend all day polishing tiny little cars! I think it's cool.

BTW what do you attach side mirrors and spoilers and such with? I tried using some Krystal but it didn't have the strength. Now I use a tiny dab of Krazy Glue and it seem to bond pretty good, not to mention drys fast.

If it is a rather big area i use Tamiya glue(or super glue).
Kristal Klear if it's to small and will bleed out from the part onto the paint
