buzzing NOISE????HELP!!

help anyone!!!!! i have a pioneer receiver (DEHP6400-i believe), 2 pairs of Cerwin Vega 6&1/2's (i think that's the size) Stealth ss262's (1 pair front door lower panels, 1 pair rear deck), and 1 huge 15" RF Punch HiX2 subwoofer in the trunk. my bro is realllly good at installations, and i helped him put in the entire system. the pioneer rcvr has 2 rca outs to 1 amp (that one is run to the CV speakers, 1 rca for each pair of spkrs), and another rca out to another amp solely for the sub. an amp kit was used for the amps, and the battery has a wire w/a fuse connection, leading to the capacitor; the capacitor is wired to a fuse distribution box, with 2 fuses, each of the two wires lead to one amp. the cap is grounded to a spot near it, on the underside of the deck lid, on some metal. the amps are grounded by way of a grounding distrib unit (block) to some metal on the rear quarter panel of the car, behind the carpeting. **whew!** so, the problem is, everytime i turn down the volume, i hear a buzzing type of sound, and if i turn on the blinker, it buzzes louder, in tune with the blinker. also, if i press on the gas, it gets louder as the engine revs, and returns to a monotonous buzzing as the engine returns to idle. it is annoying to listen to any music at low volume [which is hardly done, i must say!!!! ...]. with the music loud, it is droned out, but when i turn the volume down, the buzzing continues...HOW DO I FIX THIS????PLEASE, PLEASE HELP....i am tired of having a bee in my car--or so it seems...thanks a bunch guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!sorry for the long post

Sounds to me like you need to find a better/different ground for all of your ground connections. Try to ground your wires away from any power or RCA wires

instead of using a ground distr. block, 1. try using separate grounds for each grounded componet and 2. try to make sure the grounds are clean to the metal (sand a little if you have to) if that don't work double check that all of your power runs are not close enough to induce noise into your signal runs, but you said the noise don't increase with the volume so I would think its after the signal run...
