Need Help with Fan system on 87 Trans Am GTA

Hey,
My car is over heating because my fans aren't turning on....I have dual fans for my engine and I had to replace a motor because one was burnt out....but they still won't turn on...I think its an electrical problem but not sure how to do that...can anyone help me?

This question get asked alot - Could be a relay- Burnt Wire-coolant temp switch-fans could be bad again-
Start the car and turn on the ac - anything ?
Ground out the ALDL (like to get codes) does the fan come on ? Your best bet would be to get a manual (mitchel from library is best) and they will have a flow chart to test them step by step-

-------------------------------------------Underneath the car on the pass side engine block is a fan turn on switch .It looks like a CTS Most fan related problems on f-bodys are this switch or fan relays.When you replaced the fan motor did you accidentally pull out one of the fuseible links.or pop a fuse..??
