RPMs go up crazily at a dead stop!

I was going about 75mph down the road a few days ago and really hit it...when I came to a stop, the RPMs kept going up! Is this a stuck throttle issue that is easily resolved and has anyone run into this before? I started up the car again after shutting it down and it kept doing it - 1991 300zx TT... Any help would be MUCH appreciated. The car has been in the garage since...

Help!

Thanks

I've had that happen. The throttle cable is just stuck. 30 second fix.
