A/C Vacuum Problem....HELP!!!!!
I have a 1994 Jeep GC Lardeo. When I run the A/C and have the cold air coming out the front dashboard vents or flowing out the bottom vents and step down on the gas pedal to speed up the vents switch to the defrost mode meaning the vents cheange to blow on the windsheild and I lose the front and bottom vents. When I stop speeding up the vents change back to the settings I had. I know I have a vacuum leak but does anybody have any suggestions on where to look for it???? I do not know if I should open up the dash or look in the engine compartment. Any help would be appreciated.......

Found the problem myself.....
Here is the link about the vacuum problem on the JGC 1994. The system switches to defrost mode when accelerator is pushed down to speed up in traffic and then returns to dash mode when gas pedal is returned toi normal cruise position. See for yourself about the fix.
