99 dodge caravan dashboard
trying to remove the dash to change the evaporater. The haynes book only goes so far. I got all the way in to the mounting bolts and it still would not budge, should I keep going? or is there a manual out there that will give me the step by step? also, will i have to disconect the a/c tubing from the engine compartment or once i get the dash off, will i be able to disconect from the inside. Any help is appreciated.

Re: 99 dodge caravan dashboard
There are 32 steps in the factory service manual. My suggestion is to invest $25 with www.alldatadiy.com for a one year subscription to the online factory service manual. That has all the info and diagrams. There is really no substitute for factory manuals.

Re: 99 dodge caravan dashboard
You can't buy it at a local parts store. You can order it from Chrysler publications, but it costs close to $100. That's why getting it online from All Data is a good deal. It is $25 the first year and then $15 a year after that (and $15 for each addition car that you want to sign up for.) So you can get 6 years of All Data subscriptions for the price of buying the manual fom Chrysler.
