Illegal and not worth the gain of 1-2 hp. It'll probably sound like an empty soda can under your car too. Ive seen the one on ebay for quite a while, hmm, could there be a reason for that? IMHO, save your money for a worthwhile mod. Plus, if you have a 97 or newer, you will get a check engine light

I bet it'd yeild more than 1-2 HP, up top with full piping, Y, Exhaust, etc you might see like 7-8 in gains, but on a stock car you won't get more than 1-2.

Be careful if you get this mod.I have heard of some people gaining and some people even losing HP.It really depends on the rest of your system.But you will definately lose low end but should gain a little on the top end.
