Weird noice from the engine, but sounds like turbo spooling
My 93 3000gt base model makes some weird noice when it accelerate. It's kinda like a high pitched sound, like the turbo spooling sound, but not that loud and smooth. And somehow sounds like Santa Clause bell too, but smoother and faster pace of course. Although the noise sounds kinda cool, but I'm worried that there's something wrong with the engine. And dude my car is not turbo, how can it sound like that? haha. Do you know where that sound comes from?

If you have an open element cone intake, they tend to make a sucking noise as well that might add to that sound.

Intake can provide the sucking air sound, but it doesn't really sound like turbo. And I don't have intake cone, everything is stock. And my car is making the sound.

Are one of the belts on the motor rubbing up against something?
