boost and suspension
Just two questions. First I would like to know how many lbs of boost can a b18c take safely and pushing it without doing anything to the engine? From a turbo that is. Secondly is the suspension from the 92-95 civic hatch the same as the 96-00? They look like the same type of design but the older civics look like they have smaller ones from the back so I'm not sure. -Thanks

8-10lbs max on a b18c1....more if you can tune damn good.
if your wondering about the struts between 5th and 6th gen...they are the same except for the rear on the 6th gen has a thinner lca bushing. The springs are the same. So rear struts for 6th gens will not fit 5th gens but you can shim the 6th gens with 5th gen struts |

wow that much of boost on a stock engine?? I thought like 6-8 was pushing it and at that point u had to change stuff like pistons, rods, and stuff like that. Interesting. For the suspension thing aren't the rear control arms of the 5th generation smaller than the 6th generation ones? which one handle better anyway?
