Daytime Running Lights Module

Could someone please tell me where the DRL module is located
on 99 Taurus SE? Haynes manuel shows one on schematic but
cannot find it.

Further research showed DRL module to be under
left front fender,did not replace only disconnected
so far it does'nt seem to affect anything else.
