brakes

i have a 65 im restoring and it worked for the last three years waiting for me to fix it and now it runs but the brakes are locked i put on a new master cylinder and 2 new front wheel cylinders and i have the ones for the back but i cant get the drums off the back either side and the back wheels wont rotate i thought if i bled the brakes it might help but it didnt help anything the brake pedal still goes to the ground after i bledthe brakes can anyone tell me hoe to get the back drums off and solve the brake pedal problem

Are the shoes siezed to the drums or something? Have you tried rapping the drum with a rubber mallet to break it free?

The drums should come off pretty easily.
