Anyone in the Columbus, OH area, help please
As you can see in my recent post, i had gotten a speeding ticket, and i am actually going to fight this one , i need to gather some information and any help would be greatly appreciated. I need information on how to request an Appendix Public Records forum for the officer that wrote me the citation, as well as information on his laser device, as well as issuing a discovery subpeona. I would like to know who i could contact to get this information. I think it has something to do with a County Clerks Office, but im not too sure. Thank you in advance.
