1970 acadian (pontiac nova) project

at a local wrecking yard there is this 1970 pontiac acadian ( same as nova) its been sitting for a few years but its not rotting 2 much really. i may be able 2 get it for a bout 500 . is it worth it ?

Heck YEAH!
Unbeknownst to most the acadians are a rare version of the Canadian nova and the aftermarket mostly in the USA does not reporoduce little if any of the chrome etc.specific to these cars.Some of these pieces are very hard to find.Besides its a chev product and $500 bucks for having it in the back yard is worth it EH?

well im not to sure of the cars condition i haevnt seen it very well. its in canada so 34 yo cars tend to rot after sitting at a junk yard for 10 years.

I'd consider it if it's rebuildable. Definately an eye-catcher as opposed to a standard Nova/Omega/Apollo body b/c of the interesting trim and parts used.

the acadian is a rare car , I own a 69 I'm restoring and hardly anyone has heard of one . i'm into the novas but the rareness of this makes it a great project.
