1998 Ford 7.0L (429) Gasoline Engine

I have a 1998 Ford Medium Heavy F700 with the 7.0L (429) gasoline engine in it. I am looking for any information that you all may be able to provide me with regarding products to boost WHP and Torque. I am currently using it as a service truck and I'm hauling almost 12 tons of tools in it. Needless to say, it's a bit of a dog. Also, I've been looking for the OBD-II port and am unable to locate it and would also like to get ahold of the Ford shop manuals for this truck. Thank you all for your time and assistance.

All the Medium trucks with FI use a "Speed Density" system, so there are very few if any things you can do without messing up how it runs.

Even opening up the exhaust will cause trouble.
