Im hearing this squeeling noise when I hold turns, usually when the engine is cold, but its been doing it a lot more lately. I know its not the cv joints cuz thats more of a clicking sound... this just squeels, kinda like running your fingers down a chalkboard
anyone know what it could be? thanx in advance

i had the same problem a while ago. i think because the ps fluid is cold, it's a lot more thicker, and the belt might be a bit loose, so when turing, the belt just slips. try tightening that belt.

if that doesnt fix it than check your brake pads, when they get low the squeaker bar on your pads will squeak and sometimes more when you turn. i had that prob a couple of yrs ago and at the time couldnt figure it out and finally found this to be it
