vehicle weight?

are there any online guides to where one could find the weights of various muscle cars (including pony cars) and if not does anyone know how much the 1970 RS Camaros weighed?

Re: vehicle weight?

Well, I thought that sounded a bit lighter than I remembered -- but you are correct, with fluids my book has it at 3,190. They put on pounds quickly after that though. In 1973 the Type LT was at 3,349, and by 1975 it weighed 3,616!

However, there were never any '69 body styles sold as 1970s.

Re: vehicle weight?

Yes, of-course they were selling '69s in 1970 (my best friend bought a '69 Z-28 in 1970), but they were still officially sold as 1969s. Trust me, you will never find a '69 body style Camaro that is titled 1970.
