Re: i hate heat!

venting belongs in the stress release forum, you know that....And I would never race during braod day light, too risky...plus night ari=cooler air meaning better for turboed cars

Your in Washington, how hot can it get??

I really don't mind the heat, but I also drive a NA car. I believe your solution would be larger turbo and a manual b/c. Why larger turbo? Cuz that fixes all lack-o-hp problems....

the bigger turbo well be a benifit b/c it will flow more air at lower psi and will keep things cooler b/c less work for the turbo to make same hp.. i still hate the heat, and a big fmic will actually make me loss hp b/c im running such low boost the air will loss its compression on the way to my intake.. im screwed unless i turn up the boost or upgrader the turbo.. damm heat!

Re: i hate heat!

It's actually been a pretty hot summer here in WA. We've been in the 80s for awhile!

here in cali...

its nice lately. hotter than i'd like, but for cali...

its 72 degrees right now.

for about 2 weeks in the beginning of may it was mid 90s which was damn gay.

but its high 70s low 80s lately.

my friend is in the LA area right now, it was 67 degrees when he was ON THE BEACH in the middle of the day. how nice is that?

It's hot here...i can't stand it. I'm not an Ontario boy, i'm used to dry dry heat, this humidity is killing me. The old car doesn't like it either, she runs waaay to hot around town and i have to open the windows and crank on the heater if i'm on the highway for too long to keep the engine cooler.

Maybe i just need a radiator or something....

I don't know how the probes are set up, but you can usually find a MKII intercooler from a supra in the junkyards. If not, Boost controller time!

P.S. if you can't get the civic off your bumper, throw things out the window. i.e nails, cinderblocks, bullets, you know lol
