Rear main seal how to?

Hello,
I need to know what is the best way to replace the rear main seal on my 97 neon. Do i take out the tranny or remove the motor or pull the pan gasket?
Please help!!

When mine was done, as far as I know they dropped the tranny down and did it from there.
