Block Work
I was wondering what other people are paying for machine work?
I took a 300/6 block,crank,pistons and rods to a machine shop to have it preped for reassembley. It is going to cost me $530 to get it tork plate bored and honed, Crank polished, new pistons, crank & rod bearings, and the rings, and I will do the assembley. Is this a fair price? It has been 12 years since I rebuilt a motor and im a little out of touch with priceing.
