Falkens or Kumho supra 712 tires???

Im deciding on Falken 451s, falken makes the ziex ze502 but i heard they are horrible in wet weather, how are the kumho supra 712s?? How are yokohoma a520s?

Im lookinig at 205 or 215/45/17s, what width should i go with? I want to run a sidewall of 45 because of road conditions!

Would i rub with those tire sizes with neuspeed sports? If i were to get Eibach prokits would it make the drop look better since the prokit doesn't lower too much?
