need torque specs from head up. 99 integra

ok my friend just asked me to work on his 1999 integra . it sounds like his valves are bent.but im not too sure. i already changed the connecting rod bearings but the tapping is still their. can anyone tell me the compression on all cylinders and can someone post up torque specs and tightening sequence for the head up. i will be taking off the head soon,just need your guys help. thanks
