Having hard time starting B18b in 1993 Civic

I have all complete B18b LS motor in the car but it will not power up (the starter turns over good)

I am using the same DX wiring harness and injectors.

Done installed listings:

GSR axles w/half shaft
LS rear L bracket
DC Sports 4-1 header
AEM fuel rail w/civic injectors
1994 LS distributor
DX 1993 Civic wiring harness
Skunk2 intake manifold w/B16a1 (MAP sensor is on the firewall)
Brand new timing LS belt & set for perfect timing points
1994 LS P75 5 speed OBD1 ECU


Everything are bolted on and wont power up during the cranking.

If you know or anyone did the LS in a 5g civic, let me know if there other little modification needed.
