Bumper problems

Three major problems that I really need help with.

1)I got a dent in my bumper that I know I can bang out myself, problems is, I don't know how to get the bumper off...I have a pontiac grand am se 2000.....if any one could help me I would greatly appreciate it...

2)My service enigine soon lights stays on constantly...is there anything I can do to turn it off...besides services the engine

3) MY rear lights went out and I know its a fuse...the brake lights adn the reverse lights still work, but the back lights aren't coming on...does anyone know where the fuse for the lights are located
