Question Question about MA laws

I'm completely new to the tuning scene and I just bought my '97 Civic 2 dr 5 spd. It's fully stock right now but I wanted to put a turbo in. I was wondering if this was legal in Massachusetts. Also, I was wondering if installing racing seats and a TV screen was legal as well. Furthermore, I was hoping it was legal for me to install a body kit and a spoiler. Please let me know if any of this is illegal or if there are certain restrictions on them. Thanks!

Re: Question about MA laws

Um...Basically all modding of cars to cops is illegal. It depends on there mood when they see you. The seats are not, you can add a turbo. They usually only pull you over if your exhaust is too loud, under body neons are on, street racing, Windows tinted too dark. Stupid shit like that. Just be reasonable and make good friends with attourneys.. I have many of those..
