Dome light leads to disaster - HELP!!!

Ok, so my dome light is flimsy and I went to make the connection better by turning it just a bit. Sparks flew, and the fuse blew. Now I replaced the fuse but a) clock does not work b) interior lights dont work c) dome light does not work d) "left your lights on" warning chime, does not work. Nissan wanted 80-280 dollars to just look at it. Anyone have any experience or any idea what it could be? help.

Wow. Sounds like you blew more fuses than you think. Did you check them all?

Checked most of the ones that I thought "made sense" in the situation. I guess I will go back and check them all just in case since the situation is pretty wacky.

yeah, i would check all your fuses. if it isn't that, ummm, could you of blown out your bulbs? wait, you chime doesn't work and that isn't a bulb, so i don't know anything else but fuses.

If you check all the fuses and still nothing, I dunno man. Never heard of this happening before.

You could check your wire just incase something came loose if the fuse check doesn't do it.

if it isnt fuses and your still not gettin power. u possibly could ahve shorted out a wire. shit happens...sometimes crazy.

check your relays under the hood and see if it damaged any of those. cause all your interior lights and everything you listed it ran directly from the battery. i would also take the dome light off without sparking it and check if you touched the live wire to the ground or the frame. if theirs to much power surging through still touching the frame it will blow the fuse will break everytime you turn it on
