High Mileage Supra MKIV

I was wondering what is the best way to rebuild a high mileage engine? or should I just swap in a new 2JZ-GTE

How many miles are you talking about. AT 100k, the car is just getting broken in. Mine has 116k and still pulls like a monster. My compression is great.
