1996 LXi power window problem.

A couple of days ago it rained hard while I was in the car with my passenger side window down. Unfortunately my job requires this. Now the power window does not work(was working fine during the rain but just stopped). Also found out that the passenger side rear vent widow will not work. Could this be some kind of a fuse problem? Didn't think that both windows would use the same motor if this was a motor problem. Anybody have any ideas?
